Whether building a home on your own site, or one of our existing home sites, Jim Tibbe Homes offers construction financing. This makes building with Jim Tibbe Homes as easy as qualifying for a mortgage. All you need to do is to prequalify with the lender of your choice or one of our preferred lenders (below)…and the home building process can begin! We hold the loan until the day you close on your home at the end of the construction process.Should you choose, you can also provide your own construction financing through the lender of your choice or one of our preferred lenders (below). You control the loan and make draws on it as needed throughout the construction process.

If you choose to use a Preferred Lender, you will find they are already familiar with the community, which may make the mortgage process go smoothly. You are not required to use a preferred lender and may choose any lender to represent yourself.
